Returns Policy

Please check the dates carefully prior to booking.

Once made a booking cannot be transferred to an alternative date. If for any reason you are unable to attend please feel free to send a substitute. If you book a workshop for several days duration please make sure you can attend all days.

All workshops must be paid for in full prior to the workshop. Payment can be made by cash or credit/debit card. We no longer accept cheques.

If a deposit only has been paid, it must be paid on a credit/debit card that is valid on the date of the workshop. The balance of the workshop plus a £5.00 administration fee will be taken form the card on approx 15th of the month prior to the workshop. If sufficient funds are not available on your card you may loose your workshop place.

Cancellations By you:
Refunds will only be given for workshops that have been paid for in full, and will be issued on the following basis.

28 days or more before date of workshop


27-15 days before date of workshop


less than 14 days


I suggest you may consider taking out insurance to cover the cost of your workshop in case you have to cancel due to illness/unforseen circumstances. The School of Sewing cannot be responsible for any hotel cost or travel expenses that may be incurred.

Cancellations By us:
If a cancellation is unavoidable a full refund or an alternative date will be given.
