Bookings

You can register for a place on any class that I offer. If a place is available I will contact you within 24 hours with details of how to pay your deposit and more workshop details. The balance of the workshop fee is due 4 weeks prior to class and is paid via bank transfer. 

Please ensure you read carefully our booking terms & conditions and in particular note the main points below, and please note that by registering online you are, therefore, acknowledging you have read and accept the booking terms & conditions.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Once confirmed , a booking cannot be transferred to an alternative date. If for any reason you are unable to attend please feel free to send a substitute. If you book a workshop for several days duration please make sure you can attend all days.

All workshops must be paid for in full prior to the workshop. Failure to pay the balance of the course fee when requested could result in your place being reallocated. Deposits paid on workshops are non refundable or transferable.

Cancellations By you:
Refunds will only be given for workshops that have been paid for in full, and will be issued on the following basis.

  • 28 days or more before date of workshop - 25%
  • 27-15 days before date of workshop - 10%
  • less than 14 days - 0%

Cancellations By us:

The School of Sewing reserves the right to change a tutor without notice.

If a workshop is postponed for any reason an alternative date will always be given.

The School of Sewing suggests that you take out insurance to cover the cost of your workshop. The School of Sewing cannot be responsible for any hotel cost or travel cost that may be incurred.

Events Beyond Our Control:
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver any workshop, that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, flood, fire, explosion, extreme weather or accident. We shall no liability for failure to deliver any workshop due to covid restrictions.
